About Jackie
Jackie has spent her career working the same problem from three sides: getting the right people into the right seats, giving them leaders worth following once they're there, and building the operations that hold it all together.
She leads a people partner firm in Bakersfield, co-founded an operations firm for owner-led businesses, and built a leadership group around the part most programs skip: the emotional intelligence it takes to actually lead people.
